FREE letter coloring pages! Practice coloring, tracing and letter recognition with these alphabet coloring pages! The coloring worksheets are made up of 4 parts. First your students can color within the lines to build up strength in their grip. Next, children can trace the letters to practice writing. In the letter recognition section, children can circle any letters that are the same as the corresponding letter. Finally, your students can color the picture of something that begins with the letter : )
The coloring pages are available in uppercase, lowercase and mixed so you can practice the letters that match best with your students’ ability. To give you even more teaching options, the are two picture sets available. This means that you could teach uppercase letters with set A, lowercase letters with set B and then use the blank versions for the mixed case versions.
The worksheets are designed to be used before your student starts to read. After your students can correctly identify the letters and the letter sounds correctly, then your children can start to read simple 3 letter words.
